I saw Dr. McLennan today and walked away disappointed with her bedside manner. She was unsympathetic to my concerns and was very dismissive from the get go. She walked in the room bluntly asking what I was there for. This line of medicine deals with very sensitive topics and I will be getting a second opinion from another OBGYN that has a tactful approach.
An exceptional doctor. Very thoughtful, thorough, kind and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Dr. McLennan. She is compassionate, listens well and explains things in a way I can understand. My appointments never feel rushed.
Called triage to find out if she thought I should maybe come In and get checked she seemed impatient and slightly rude not my favorite Dr at Optum clinic she asked (how many times have you called or been in the triage) would not recommend to anyone if they can avoid her as a OBGYN. At 38 weeks pregnant I want to know that whoever delivers my baby knows what they are doing and actually cares.
Great doctor that listens to the patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Definitely recommend her.
