Based upon a previous professional relationship, I would give Scott a 5. Sadly, I called looking for help on another issue and was turned away by what sounded like an answering service. I was told that he would not take my call and he was unlikely to be interested in my case. But if I insisted, I could fill out a form on their website. Very disappointed in the new attitude.
I greatly appreciate the effort and support I received from this firm, not to mention the outcome. The kindness and attention I received played a big role in helping me to know I made the right decision in my choice. Can’t thank you enough!
