I booked Jan 22 for classic lashes at 9 am then I got a call saying she won’t be able to make it at 9 am on feb 5 and tried to have me come in at noon I cannot so they say 10:15 they proceed to call me twice on different days to confirm then they call me today 4 days before Valentine’s Day to say she cannot make it her son has a dentists appointment ( I booked this January) but they can reschedule for feb 26 😒 so essentially they left me scrambling to find a lash tech a few days before vday
Not recommended.
Beautiful place and the honor is the sweetest person and the employees tho ❤️
