Arrived on a very busy Monday morning, with no appointment, and was very welcomed by David Gonzalez. Great service and very attentive. I recommend!
Overall the service department is good- what keeps them from getting that fifth star is they can be disorganized when receiving cars and gives a feeling that some employees go out of their way to avoid helping customers. However, Juan Castillo, saved the day and made the best of it and provided excellent customer service. Juan is an outstanding person and shows a great interest in taking care of my issue.
I have been trying to call the dealership because I am interested in purchasing a Genesis but cannot get a hold of the dealership with the phone numbers posted on the website. Please clarify if you are open or closed.
Not a genesis dealership at all. It was a Hyundai dealership with no Genesis cars for sale
