So very disappointed in this office. I called to make a new patient appointment. Gave my info for insurance and I was good to go. Walked in to my appointment and was notified they do not take my insurance. Receptionist already knew that before I came. Why could they not have had the decency to tell me earlier even if it had been before walking in. Why waste someone's time or the opportunity for some other patient to have been seen instead. Extremely unprofessional!

Excellent customer service, I feel so relaxed and comfortable every time I go there! Dra. Rico is amazing and she always have a great smile on her face! The Staff is so polite and always attentive! Final grade: A+....... Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!! :) Highly recommended!!!!! :)
