Do not go here if you want to make an appointment with one of the busy nail techs. My last 3-4 appointments have been pushed back. They don’t care. The guy at the front says that’s the way it is. I told him that’s not what an appointment is, and they shouldn’t offer them if they can’t honor the appt. Too many issues with this place. Found a new location.

I always pay top dollar for my nails, and this was my second time coming here because I wanted to give them another chance. I spent almost $200 on gel nails and toes, only to notice they applied the gel extremely thick and uneven. Within just 2–4 days, my nails started chipping and falling off completely. I went to this salon because it was close to my home. I had gone before and it wasn't bad but this time the lady did a horrible job on my nails. They are too short, not even the same length, the clear coat is visible. I even had a manicure and you can't even tell that. I walked out spending $150, yes I left a small tip but I will never go again because of the job they did and because it's so expensive. I can get better service and way cheaper at other places.
IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m actually so upset writing this because I used to come here all the time, but after today I’m never going back. I went in for a normal manicure and the lady cut my cuticle WAY too deep to the point where my finger literally started bleeding and would not stop.
