Visited for a foot infection. Dr Dora understood and diagnosed the issue spot on. With a few follow ups over a couple of months, we were as good as new!
Overall the visit was ok, was told that I needed custom insoles for my shoes. I was referred here by my insurance company, United Healthcare. 2 months after the fitting I had to call to see if they'd arrived, and it had. When I showed up the day of my appointment, they didn't have me scheduled. They worked me in anyway. Insurance didn't cover any of it. After referring me specifically here to this in-network doctor for treatment, paying out almost $1000, it turns out they don't cover orthotics at all, even when their in-netw... read more
Wonderful staff even the doctor
went here a few years ago. First visit was great. I wanted the results of my labs (my medical right) without paying $100+ for an appointment just for the doctor to say yes or no. I finally got hold of the MA, who told me my results were negative over the phone. Without my permission, they charged me over $100 for this voicemail she left me. So unprofessional and incredibly illegal. Do not recommend them at all.
When scheduling my first appointment I believed it was understood work would be done at that time. After answering question form in the lobby I was taken to a room the answer the same questions. Doctor came into the room and stated that what I was under the impression we were doing needs to be done, then left. I then scheduled the appointment to this time actually get the work done.
