I would like to thank Kelly for the excellent work he did on my garage! The sealing work on the garage was perfect I can seat in my garage on cold night with a heater and not feel the cold wind at all! Thanks Kelly,
Came home to find my torsion spring on the garage door had snapped. Called Kelly at 4:45 and he replaced both torsion springs and had my garage door working by 6:45. Kelly was courteous and got the job done when others wouldn't pick up the phone.
Rudeness & Terrible customer service etiquette. Called to get a quote on a door for a commercial property. Tried to explain the problem, representative was quick to response and not listen. The attitude was intolerable, had to hang up. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Kelly got my door fixed in no time at all. Very knowledgeable and very nice with very reasonable pricing . I recommend anyone with garage door repair needs to give him a call!
