Charles came to give us an estimate on repairs for an old garage door and alternatively, also shared our options to purchase a new one. Two days later, he returned to do our repairs since that option was more cost effective for us. He worked quickly and left no mess behind. At the end of the job, after explaining to us the labor involved, he adjusted the original price quote to half of the price-since he had been able to salvage existing parts to get the door working as good as new again. I called these guys for replacing broken spring on my garage door and these guys were prompt and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are great! I called them on Friday Charles showed up Sat morning like he said! He scoped out my situation. He let me how he was going to make it better, as well talked me out of buying stuff I didn’t need!!A+ Charles didn’t have all the parts I needed, on the truck. He said “I will get them”, he drive out of his way got the parts and came right back. Then in a short period of time my wife could park back in the garage. LOL! Thanks again!

I spoke to the owner, Charles to arrange the apt to fix my garage door. It kept reversing and wiggling back and forth (noisey too). A few days later Jaden came over and fixed it in an hour! He put 4 new pulleys, lubed everything, and installed washers so the fit was better. He gave me some good tips for the future as well. Since my motor is 23 years old, he said I should use a belt drive when this one goes. All the parts were on the truck. Total cost was $200.

My father's wheel chair ramp is located in the garage and he can't leave the house unless the garage door is operational. Charles was able to make it within two hours of calling and had the door up and running within an hour. He was honest in his assessment, recommendations and pricing. I would highly recommend Doors R Us and use the company again in the future!
