It's a pleasure to deal with a friendly locally-family owned business. Their professional service, knowledge and experience, combined with their large selection of high quality products are second to none. We brought pictures of our home and they assisted us in every stage, from the coordination and selection of the doors, stain color and locksets. The installers were on time, professional and did a Great job. Go see Perry, Larry or Laurie and tell them that Johnny and Val sent you!

The showroom has a nice selection of doors made in different materials. Our salesman Larry showed us a few doors & got an attitude when we told him that we would like to take a couple days to think about what type door and features would best suit us, he became rude, no longer answered the remaining questions we had & just walked away to chat with a coworker.

I think Doors of Elegance is horrible and a joke. I have several friends who have dealt with “Doors of Arrogance” and they do NOT stand behind their faulty products. They believe their customers are not worthy of prompt, courteous service. And stick their heads in dirt to avoid doing the right thing. Excuses, excuses.

Rafael Abreu was the person who refinished our door. He was punctual on showing up on time and his work is excellent. He gave our front door a badly needed facelift. He was so personable and friendly for the three days he was at our house. The door is outstanding and by far the loveliest on the block. We will absolutely recommend Doors of Elegance to all of our neighbors and friends.
I recently purchased a new door from this company and could not be anymore satisfied! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. On the day of installation, the young man that installed the door took his time, was very polite and did a fantastic job!! I would definitely recommend Doors of Elegance to anyone looking to enhance their entryway to their homes.
