On 11/30/2017 I bought a dual iron front door system from this company. Like the one in the picture above. The doors were expensive over $9,500. In July of this year I noticed they were rusting. With several failed attempts to repair, by the manufacturer, I am still waiting on the problem to be addressed. It has been 5 months since I first contacted them. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their level of service and professionalism.
Wonderful experience! I didn’t think we were going to have a seamless installation; however I was wrong. The installers were first rate and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the door or the quality of the installation!
If you’re looking for elegant front doors this is the place. Start to finish first class .. locally owned and operated ... service with a heart of gold. Cares about the customers happiness and satisfaction.. quality products as I know first hand my front doors are beautiful !! Maintanence is a snap with Rafael on hand to re finish and touch up when needed. Excellent work recently on mine for the holidays ...high gloss black shiny just like I asked!! Thank you. Family business who are very knowledgeable! You won’t find anyone more willing and helpful than these folks! They’re down to earth, honest and fun to talk too.
