Dominic came out to our house yesterday to fix a bent garage door. He was professional and fixed the job completely. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for service on their garage doors.
The spring broke on our garage door this morning and within hours, Alan was at my house ready to replace the spring. I was literally stranded, as the door would not open (even manually) to get my car out. Alan was professional, courteous, and worked quickly to fix the problem. This is the second time we've had Doors By Russ out and have been extremely pleased both time. I highly recommend them!

The last few times we have needed service on our garage door, Doors by Russ have been nothing but helpful and very professional. We were desperate yesterday after the cables fell off the track, our garage door wouldn’t close. After making a call to them early Saturday morning, they were able to come out and take care of our problem later that afternoon. They had a very busy schedule that day, and still came through for us. The serviceman was very thorough and professional. Thank you!!! We highly recommend Doors by Russ!!
What a great company! I called because our garage door wouldn't close without holding the button down. They called me back and talked me through some troubleshooting things to get it to work without coming out and charging me. They were so nice and helpful. Thank you.

Our garage door broke on a Friday. Operator spring broke, door opener attempted to lift it and tore center panel out. 16' x 8' door, big stores said they had it but did not. They said two weeks to get one. Went to Doors by Russ 15 minutes before closing. They had the door and installed it next day. Forget the big home improvement stores, go here first!
