RecommendedToday I got a new door installed. They came by when they said and I apologize I don't remember the name of the installer but it was a very nice gentleman explained everything that was going on. I recommend them very highly. love my door.
A spring broke on my garage door and Doors By Russ was able to fix it right away. The technician was very professional and did quality work. A++++++.

Highly recommend Doors By Russ! We are repeat loyal customers. Haven’t had to call them out since 2013. Quality work and parts. Found out our spring had broke late last night after office hours. Called & left a voicemail message. Was called promptly back first thing in the morning and Dominic was out by us just a few hours later. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will only call Doors By Russ. Price was very reasonable too!

They responded quickly to my call in less than a day and everyone was extremely helpful. They managed to squeeze me in within hours and the technician was quite knowledgeable and gave options when I met him. He did a great job replacing the spring system with a newer model, and as bonus somehow got the safety sensor at the base of the door back online and lubed up the mechanics, all for less than I was expecting. I definitely recommend them, and will stick with their company for any future garage door needs!

The spring and chain rusted off our garage door and the door wouldn’t open. Locking me in. Doors By Russ came about an hour after I called and fixed it very quickly. He even did an extra inspection on our other door for good measure. Reasonably priced and I would call again.
We have been satisfied customers for 10+ years. One of the springs on the door broke last night so I called for service this morning. Dominic came out and replaced the springs and did a safety check on the door and opener. Great customer service and pricing!
