The technician was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The repairs were done in less than an hour, all my questions were answered, and the price was extremely reasonable. I originally purchased a repair part and made a minor repair only to find out I had another issue I could not fix on my own. They were very help when purchasing the repair part and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and knew what to do.
