I have been dealing with Dwell for a couple months now. The first month I had no hot water, no wifi, amd no access to the laundry room, or mail room. The second, I have had a week of hot water that went to no water to having only cold water again. And no wifi. These people should not be in PM. And one of the worst parts is they avt like they could care less as people are riding out the cold weather with no heat and no hot water
For a while things did not go very well, when Skye took over as property manager things improved. She was polite and professional, she also turned up exactly when she said etc.
I want to give this Augusta company ZERO STARS! How on earth they have the score they do currently must be factored in from a different city and or state. Slum-Lords. They fix nothing but expect rent immediately while playing games and tag over email. Let me tell you right now YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM ON THE PHONE.
