Not delivering my food cold TWICE in a row, and waiting 1 hour and 45 min...Everything is cold, and it’s an awful experience that I won’t have again
Really slow service and unprofessional staff. Staff does not communicate with drivers and they do not have enough drivers to cover areas. That said, drivers use their time and gas for long-distance deliveries which means the customer gets cold food and a long wait.
This service is the worst. We ordered from El Torito. Our food was cold and my husband ordered fajitas and delivered with no tortillas. They refused to take the money off for his dinner and only 2 dollars off for the tortillas. They were not compassionate and did not even offer assistance beyond having driver bring tortillas out when food was already cold. It was too late. What kind of business is this?? They dont even deserve 1 star. would not recommend this place.
I’ve ordered from Doorbell Dining several times and have always been pleased with the experience. The one time the food didn’t travel well I let them know and they had it notated on that restaurants order page within a few days. Will happily order from them again.
Came over 1.5 hour late. I will never use this service again. All the food was cold and soggy I couldn't even eat it eta** got a call back from Tina a manager who went above and beyond to make everything right, and also explained to me what's going on behind the scenes with that specific restaurant I ordered from that night. I wish I could give this place less than a star. Used to be a good place to order now it’s just garbage. Ordered dinner and once it hadn’t showed up my husband called only to be told that “the date wasn’t correct on the order”. Why wouldn’t you call to confirm like you used to do? The service has gone downhill...won’t be ordering from here again.
I would say one star if it would have worked. Concept seemed good, when we got the flyer. We live in clovis and they canvased the neighborhood with door tag flyers. Downloaded the app in hopes of using it to only be told they don't deliver to this address. The app also seems very glitchy and unstable. Gonna stick with Uber Eats at this point. Their selection isn't as big yet but at least the technology and marketing effort are thought out and not half done.
