I will give this zero stars. My son was scheduled for a 8:00 a.m. pick up. The driver never arrived. Calls to the company proved unsuccessful. When finally reached the company stated the driver had been there and walked through the lobby but did not find anyone in a wheelchair. The assisted living facility that has a locked door states no one can get into the lobby without going through the receptionist. I know this is a true statement.
