Thank you for excellent service. The problem of the garage door was identified and repaired. I really appreciate the patient explanations on how to identify and correct the issue should it occur again.
I purchased doors 20 years ago and never had them hooked up to power due to no electricity in my garage. I finally had the garage electrified and one of the garage door openers did not work come to find out it was due to something blocking the eye so I thought there was an obstruction… I was worried that I would end up having to purchase an $800 door, but this issue was resolved with just the service call fee. I had the weatherstripping at the bottom of both doors replaced at four dollars a foot which is a really good price!... read more
My garage door was damaged by a delivery driver and I called Door Systems the following Monday in the morning and I had a sales representative come to my house that same day. I received a quote the same day. Once the new door was available they came and installed the new door and replaced all of the hardware and molding. Very quick and courteous and highly recommended!!!!
