Tyler was great. Turned out my door settings just needed to be adjusted, so he was able to take care of everything within half an hour or so. He also did an inspection of all my hinges and cables, which was unexpected but nice. Said he would have oiled them too, if his hose hadn't broke.
Had Tyler W out as my tech. He did good work and did a great job problem solving anx getting things done correctly. I appreciate how friendly everyone was from the first phone call with the office to the follow up email after. Everyone was upfront about costs without making it feel like I was being pressured or upsold. We’ll be back when it’s time to get a new garage door.
Hunter at Door Systems of Alaska was very helpful in providing a me with a quality door at a very reasonable price. I was presented with a large variety of door models with different styles and insulation values before settling on my new door.
