Great work! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was on time. He was knowledgeable about garage door maintenance. He helped with a new keypad and setting up new remotes. Garage door opener is more than 20 ft high and he had the appropriate equipment to access it. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely use door systems of Alaska again.
Tyler did a great job. He was friendly, worked quickly and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the door opening system before he left.
Today , Tyler, came to my home to fix my garage door that came barreling down on me. He was kind, confident, custermer friendly. He showed me what went wrong with the spring snapping. He replaced it. Made the call mid morning and asked if someone would possibly come out later that day for an emergency repair. My car was in the garage and the door appeared to be broke because we couldn’t open it so my hubby took me to work. Tyler called me later that day and said he was about 5 mins away and I had just gotten home from work; it was 4 pm. He worked tirelessly to repair the door and open it and yes, I got my car out!! Great company, great customer service and care, great technician. Thank you, Tyler!
