A few months ago, we ordered an office door from Door Resources (formerly A&A Safe Lock & Door), and more recently, we had them install a keypad and additional access hardware on our exterior door. Shout out to Jon for helping me. All of a sudden one of our locks broke and I had to quickly find a commercial replacement because it wasn't something that I could just walk in to hardware store and get . I called earlier today spoke with a very nice lady and when I got there Jon was super Pleasant and he knew exactly what he's doing . We had a front entry door lock that was sticking and becoming a security concern for our office. Arturo responded quickly and replaced the hardware with a high-quality commercial lock. He provided excellent communication throughout the process. We will definitely use Door Resources again for any future locksmith needs!
This company does amazing work. We had them come out last year and rekey all locks at the grounds. Arthuro, our technician has been out to our office about 4 times now and offers wonderful services as well as great customer service. We will continue working with this company for a long time. They fix all types of door issues ranging from residential to commercial.
