I placed something in the way of our door track today by mistake and my door got all off track and jammed up. My husband and I made it worse by trying to fix it. We called Door Pros on a Sunday afternoon. They were so nice about coming out right away and fixed it right up. I was expecting a super Sunday surcharge and instead was offered a very reasonable price that was far less than anticipated. The bolts which attached to the arm which raised my garage door sheered off and despite replacing them they kept vibrating loose leaving us in danger of having the door crash down on us or the car. Will came to the rescue, reinforcing the door with a multi point connection which can't come loose. He also lubricated the runners replacing a couple so the door runs smoothly and much more quietly.
