Everyone with Door Depot was very polite and professional, and overall ours was a very good experience. Installers Todd and Chris did a nice job with our garage and side entry doors, and we were very pleased with their work and demeanors. Only negative-their van left a stain in the street in front of our house and they did leave a couple of nails and screws in the driveway that might have caused a flat tire. After receiving an estimate for storm shutters I needed additional information from the company representative. I called the company and was told I would receive a call back by end of day-Friday. The callback never happened even by Tues of the next week. The individual on the desk who I spoke to was called back and informed to cancel the project. This type of gross incompetence reflects poorly on a company seeking local confidence.
RecommendedLevi took out our old garage door/opener and replaced them with new ones. He was very meticulous with the install and cleaning up upon completion. He even came back on his own time to install a better fitting trim piece that was to short, the same day, on his way home. Superior company with superior employees throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. Great job Levi.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received today. I needed a complete new door and everything that goes with it. Levi did it all, a one man installation team. I was skeptical, thinking this would be a two-day job since there was only one guy. I was wrong. Lesson learned, don't doubt Levi. Entire door assembly, opener and key pad all completed in one day. Door Depot installed a hurricane rated garage door at my home in 2015. I recently noticed that the seal at the bottom is split. I have a handyman who has replaced seals on other garage doors and he was prepared to do mine. However, none of the local stores… Home Depot or Lowe’s carries the proper seal. So, I called Door Depot to inquire as to what it would cost for me to purchase it directly from them. My sister had a great experience with this company so when the spring broke on my garage door I called them right away. Mike came out the same day so I could get my car out of the garage. He wrote an estimate by my request to replace both of my doors and install all new tracks etc. They were 50 years old and patched together. mile the salesman keeps telling me he will take care everything ha thats a joke i need my dead bolt replaced with correct size and service man today paint it no way i spent $3,000 on it and i want it fixed right where is the customer service very unhappy kathy genin
