We are in Door County visiting and our son is having an eye issue. Our doctor at home advised us NOT to go to ER but to see an eye doctor. Unfortunately this office REFUSED TO SEE OUR SON. We understand these are unprecedented times but it’s a sad day when a doctor’s office refuses care to a child in pain.
I recently had my annual exam and Door County Eye Associates is doing everything they can to ensure the health and safety of their patients. Their front door was locked, and I was instructed to call from the curb upon arrival to be let in. Once inside the door, a staff person provided hand sanitizer and took my temperature. We moved here in June and after living in Georgia 31 years, going to the same Eye doctor, it was scary to go somewhere new for vision care. I picked up my new glasses a week ago and returned today because things were not “right”. Ann was so caring and helpful. She got Dr Annika to look at me wearing the new glasses and Dr Annika re-checked my vision. They figured out what was going on and were so very kind!! I highly recommend coming here for your vision care!!!
