Called for a window replacement. Someone came and measured and then I never heard from them again. Found a window for my exact door online and replaced it myself for a fraction of what this place would've cost.
David was great ! Quick dispatch to address the problem and resolved it. David also explained some of the issues and ways to handle in the future.
Unfortunate accident while rushing- hit the garage door before it fully opened. Door Boy was so understanding and sent someone out same day. I thought Id have to wait 6 weeks for replacement panel. David took a look and confidently repaired and reassembled the door in no time. Bonus- it’s fully functional!
I can't say enough Pleasant things about dealing with Door Boys, in particular Lena in the office JR and Pete. Lena was pleasant and helpful, helping me to determine what was wrong with my garage door opener. Pete is knowledgeable and professional. A clean worker who promised he would help me to learn how to program my new garage door opener. He kept his promise. I highly recommend this company. And JR, a technician came out to help reset my unit. Very very helpful.
