Brad at Door Beautiful was recommended to me by a custom door company to assist with a clients problematic hand cast front door hardware . He was very helpful so I looked forward to working with him again when it was time to add a set of carriage style garage doors for the same client. Brad installed a new front door and all my interior doors. He was realistic about the time frames for ordering, which were accurate, and he was very patient and helpful as I selected finishes and hardware. He and his crew were always on time and cleaned up everything. He came out willingly for a few small adjustments that were needed. I would highly recommend Brad, and actually have, to many of my neighbors.

I found Door Beautiful online and read reviews and liked what I read. I emailed, then spoke, then met with the owner, Brad Chiaravalle and discussed what I wanted. Brad was fantastic-friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. I wanted French doors, interior, contemporary and Brad recommended door manufacturers, distributors, hardware manufacturers and gave me sites to research so that I could determine what I liked best. We had a wonderful experience having Brad install our new front door. He was very prompt and courteous and even went above and beyond by coming back out when our lock broke to swap it out for a new one. I highly recommend his services.

We hired Brad to replace our front door, living room sliding glass door, a bedroom door and two bathroom windows. He had done previous work for us at an earlier home and we were so pleased with that job we searched him out again. He came with ideas and suggestions, listened to our needs and wants, and provided us with resources to help us make decisions. He is very skilled and meticulous in his work. He was timely, friendly, neat, and we are once again very pleased with the end products.

Brad replaced my front door, backdoor and a bi-fold door and they all look amazing. His attention to detail is great and he won't walk away until everything is perfect. He is a true craftsman and I would only use him going forward for any door replacements that we may have. I used a different contract for another door and it's fine but it's nothing like the door installs that Brad has worked on for me.

We are thrilled with Brad's work and would hire him again without reservation. He has a great eye for aesthetics and helped us choose doors that look great and complement the style of our home. He also considered practical issues and helped us choose doors that would have great utility in addition to great looks and would work well for our lifestyle. As the manager of the Window and Door department for Mead Clark we run into a problem once in awhile where we need a reliable professional company to fix a problem caused by us. We use Door Beautiful. Brad is excellent with customers, has precision skills and has the knack to figure out how to overcome circumstances where it seemed it couldn't be done.
