So originally I wrote a nice review but we have to change property managers now due to lots of reasons. Karen runs the company very unprofessional. I am honestly starting to doubt her actual experience. She does NOT do her job and is very incompetent. Where do I even begin? 1) It took her 6 months to rent our property out. I will say 3 of those months we were living in the house and it was harder, but even after following everything she asked, packing everything but essentials, putting in 3000 dollars worth of patch work, sh... read more
