I have always been the one to run and be scared of dental procedures be it just a simple cleaning. I heard really great things about Dr. Ing from one of friends and they were so right about him. Dr. Ing and Allison are the best. I mean I had cavities and needed cleaning badly and was so scared to do it all they both were just so kind and compassionate that it just made everything so better. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Doon South dental. The clerical staff is always polite, welcoming, and highly professional. All of the dental hygienists are knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly skilled at what they do. They take the time to explain procedures and ensure I’m comfortable during every visit. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk associate was so friendly and helpful! The doctor and dental hygienist were very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!
I initially had a positive experience with this dental office, but unfortunately the quality of service has declined significantly as their patient volume increased. Customer service is now inconsistent and disappointing. In particular, my interaction with one of the receptionists, Luisa, was not pleasant. I found the communication to be unprofessional and discourteous, which made the overall experience frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic.
