The staff was nice and overall no issues. Just a bit tucked away and was hard to locate and did booking via class pass. It is located within a gym, so it is a bit noisy while trying to relax in sauna and cold plunge area.
The set up for infrared / cold plunge contrast therapy is terrific. no where else quite gets the privacy right for the price.
I used to play sports but now im stuck in the office a lot. I play recreationally when i can. Whether im burnt out from work, or get beat up from a pickup game, I have always been able to count on Victor getting me right. Since my first session with Victor i couldnt help but notice that not only is he energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable, i always went home feeling renewed! Victor has been such an incredible addition to my marathon training journey. I’ve been going for the sports massage to aid in my recovery, with a focus on my legs/hips. He puts you through a manageable amount of discomfort to bring greater relief! While I dread that initial theragun to the calves, I am practically falling asleep by the time we get to the cupping. I feel soooo much better after and am 80% through this training cycle injury free!
