Took my son here a few times within the last 2 years the first time was great but ever since the staff seem inconvenienced by customers walking in or rushed through cuts putting in no effort or attention towards the kids. I was recommended this place about a year ago, and this last week took my son to get his first hair cut. When I called to schedule the appointment I mentioned I just wanted it trimmed- my son had very long curly hair. I still wanted his curls just wanted it more manageable.. I explained again when we arrived for his appointment and showed a photo but emphasized just wanting a trim, and then the hair dresser proceeded to do whatever she wanted.
