Used to love coming here for happy hour. Went back for a burger and beers and was very dissatisfied. The food quality is not the same and the service is terrible. I will not be back.

Horrible experience: from start to finish! I can't even explain in detail! Waiter either got fired or quiet in the middle of our Dino g experience! Over a hour wait for food! When it arrived it was missing food! Never got our appetizers! Meals were brought to our table that were not ours! No spoon for my soup, no straw for some of us! Stole silverware from other table! Should be on a reality to show! Very outdated decorations as well with lots of dust build up! Won't be back
Horrible experience, waited over a half hour for food, only because we asked about our order. The owner then came and recommended a lower calorie meal for my wife the next time we visit??? Wtf, who does that!!InWe were told our food was delivered to the wrong table and being remade, then food shows up 2 min later??? Of course no offer to discount anything, even when bringing out a wrong meal, and soo many other problems, I cant remember to list them all! Sir your food was out in 15 minutes. We also suggested our philly cheesesteak flatbread because your wife enjoyed our french dip au jus. Also at no time was i upset, i understand you don't like change but it is for the better. We at Doogans wish you the best of luck in finding a better place for dinner. This place sucks. The new owner has no right owning a restaurant. Don't waste your time, or money on this place.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!....food was horrible....when ordering the grilled chicken salad who the hell brings the salad then a plate of chicken 5 minutes later??!! Took 20 minutes just to get water...then another 20 just to get our food....and there were three girls waiting on 8 tables...seriously!!
We happened upon Doogans while looking for a place to eat. We made a great choice. The atmosphere was great , the customer service was great and we loved our food. We will definitely be back....
