Huge Burger! I went in to Doogan's the other night after shopping all day with my wife at Aurora Farms Outlet mall. They have this challange to eat a giant burger and fries in a certain amount of time and it is free. They also give you a challenger shirt and hang your picture on the wall with the other few people that have won. Anyway I did not finish it but, it was a great time and good place to hang out after a long day of shopping.
Try it--you'll like it We've patronized Doogans since it opened. It's very convenient for us as we live within three miles. However, no matter how close, we would not eat there if we were not happy with them. The staff ie. management, greeters, wait persons, etc. are all very polite and cheerful. disapointed went to doogans with 2 other couples. The waitress was new and did not come for refills. We waited over 20 min. For our food and she said it got mixed up. The food came out cold and 1 order came out 10 min after the other dinners. then each couple had an entertainment coupon and the manager said only 1 coupon per table. I said the coupon does not state that and other restaurants have honored each of our couponsb but he would not budge. We won't go back. The food was not worth it.
Fan of Doogan's Great family restaurant. We took our daughter and her husband and two granddaughters there and everyone found many things that appealed to them. Only problem was deciding how to narrow down our choices. Nice casual atmosphere and good food at reasonable prices. Will return.
Doogan's Of Aurora is a great place! Finally a great place to dine and socialize in this part of town! Very attentive to customers and food is great. New management has really stepped it up and you can't go wrong here whether it's snacks at the bar or a large group for dinner. Great experience and value!
Judi D. Doogan's is a great neighborhood gathering place and one we take our out of town guests to quite a bit. The new management has done a great job with the new menu and food items. The chef is much better than they have had in the past. They have a great variety and the food is delectable. We've always had great service and they honor our coupons with no trouble. We are glad there is a place close by that we can drop in for a friendly atmosphere and good food.
Great place We moved here a year ago and love this restaurant. We never had a such a friendly place where we used to live, nor did we frequent a place as often as we do Doogans. The food is well prepared and always fresh. The staff bends over to please you. We love it. Barb and Peter
