I have was very cautious and observant visiting Dr. Donzell dental practice for the first time. He filled one tooth and he and I were both quiet and professional. I have not had any problems with the filling thus far. Very pleased with Dr. Donzell. Now 2021 I’m having pain in another tooth it was determined I needed a crown. Dr. Donzell said the filling was to large. He was right. March 2021 my temp crown was installed. Now waiting for perm crown in a few weeks. Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The best Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? Yes

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I would not recommend this provider. He put a filing in a wisdom tooth which shold have been removed. He also completed a root canal in which the the cap later broke off because the tooth was already compromised.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
