Repaired my vehicle twice still not okay. Lier! Until now its not good. Until they recommend to go to MPI and report for another autobody shop repair. Waste of Time!
Very bad service, I have called probably 15 times no answer. Then I got ahold of someone and they said they would call back in an hour never received a call. Very disappointed.
These guys have the worst business sense. After buying my elantra for around 60,000 I was told I should be taking these guys out for lunch because they work so hard.. 😆 🤣 😂. They are very sneaky and don't fulfill even what is written in there contract Don't deal with rifco. This company is the biggest scam. Do NOT get the extra insurance. They make it so unbelievably hard to use, and are super rude on phone calls. I'd give these guys a zero if I could... Stay away
This company are thieves, worst part the supervisor and management supports them and covers it up. Absolutely disgusting way of running a business. Stealing from client and telling the client they are lying about this. Very depressing and shameful on this company.
