Excellent work! Paint job looked like glass and they even repaired some dents for free
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This shop is a complete joke. I brought my car in for an estimate and they somehow managed to miss half the parts that needed to be listed. I told them to double-check — and guess what? They took forever to “re-estimate” it and still messed things up. To make it worse, they went ahead and ordered parts without my signature or approval. Awesome customer service, they fixed my vehicle nice, I had a scratch on the door and they did a good job! Highly recommend
Terrible experience with Donvito Collision and Glass. My car sat there for 2.5 months instead of the few weeks promised, I had to constantly chase them just to move the process along, and when I finally got it back (after paying deductible and extra charges) the car wouldn’t start. The battery was dead, I had to buy a new one, and the rim they claimed to repair was never fixed. A week later they even demanded more money because “the part went up in price.” Unprofessional, irresponsible, and I would never recommend this shop.
