I’ve had consistently negative experiences with both the Arlington and Sargent locations of Don Vito Auto Service. In a previous MPI claim, the Sargent location failed to properly complete the required repairs. Despite multiple attempts to contact the shop directly, my concerns were ignored. I ultimately had to involve MPI to force the shop to complete the repairs — something that should never have been necessary. They have the worst service in town I brought in my vehicle to their shop they delayed my car and gave me back after 3 months. Later I saw my door handle was not fixed properly, when I called and wanted them to fix the issue they took the vehicle and returned as is with the door handle problem. My front floor maat was replaced with a corolla maat and rear carpet maat is missing. Worst service ever never ever giving my car to them.

Excellent job and fast! Got into an accident, passenger door was hit along with my front bumper. A year and half later the paint flake out and brought it back. No issue good job on the paint and detailing my vehicle. Highly recommended Thanks Donvito 5/5!
