My 5 daughter was super excited asking to get a mini donut after a busy week. We respectfully asked if we could get a mini donut and a baby chino for her. The extremely rude staff told us "No we don't sell 1 mini donut". If it is your policy, please make it clear in your sign and your menu. Also please be nice to others especially we are your customers who've bought a lot of donuts and drinks from you over the years; or stay out of the biz if you can't.
Just come here if you want to experience the worst customer service ever. It says on the glass any 4 donuts for $xx but the rude staff said they can only sell 6 in a certain combination. It's a quiet nice Sat morning and not busy at all. Please go back and learn the basic manners, not to mention customer service before doing business.
Terrible experience at the rouse hill Donut King on the last two occasions. 1st time they didn't have the donut machine on and tried offering old cinnamon donuts. We figured it was just bad timing so passed that day. 2nd time about a week later we asked if they were running the deal like other donut kings with the thickshake and 2 cinnamon donuts the girl said yes and we added 2 more (4 in total) she charged full price and we asked why she looked at us completely confused even after confirming the deal price several times.
