I had a disappointing experience at Donut King on 4th June around 12:30–1:00 PM. While placing my order, the staff member seemed clearly annoyed that I was using a voucher. He told me I would need to wait longer because of it, but in a dismissive and impatient tone — as if using the voucher was a problem for him. I come to this store very often, and the service is always great! Seeing the previous review by Manu, I just happened to be where the event was taken place. The customer was taking care of an elderly man. She was shouting at the staff working and the elderly man also. The elderly man was treated poorly and the woman shouldn’t be a carer. Everyone in the food court can hear her yelling as she was very loud. I felt bad for elderly man she was caring for, as she escalated the situation by yelling. Very bad people, they don’t know how to talk. When you do Seniors deal, you should know the way to talk to a Senior. The man standing behind the counter and the lady( i suppose her daughter) doesn’t know to behave an elderly man. Shame. Such a shame.
