We had an issue with an occasional rat getting into the store somehow. We weren't really sure how they were getting in, maybe the ducts? I got a referral from Lerry Villalobos, our Truly Nolen guy (who I also HIGHLY recommend) for this HVAC company to come take a look. Making the appt was a breeze. Dan the owner arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me solutions on how to fix the hole he found where they were coming thru. Dean and Matt were very professional and a pleasure to be around. They got my full AC and Handler replaced and I think under four hours very professional clean on time would highly recommend this company asked for team Dean and matt, my dogs were very happy to meet them which means you would be as well.
Love Don’t Sweat It Air & Heat - love, love, love! It’s the middle of summer in Florida, our AC is down and we spent ten days messing around with another company with scheduling and repair difficult at best and still not fixed. Called Don’t Sweat It, got Corinne on the phone, who was friendly, professional and set us up with their tech Richard for the next day.
