Dan and his team did a great job in replacing my commerical HVAC system. In addition, we have them maintain our home units as well. Highly recommend the team at Don't Sweat It Air & Heat!
Great trustworthy service
Daniel (the owner) is a great guy. Easy to talk to, very professional and knowledgeable. He knows his craft very well and has superb customer service skills. Great listener. There is not an ounce of arrogance in him nor is he a "know-it-all." Problem was fixed relatively quick. He had the parts, the skills and the know-how, along with a pleasant vibe and attitude. I have been with them for over 5 years and they have not given me a reason to switch companies.
Dan and Richard did a great job installing out new A/C unit. They arrived when they said they would and completed install in the estimated time.
Just had Don’t Sweat It to our house to clean out our a/c drain line. Richard Grant the Technician was knowledgeable and made sure that he would not leave until he knew that our line was completely cleared. He also was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The price was very fair, and the response time was faster than we could have imagined. Within 40 minutes of our initial call, Richard was working to solve our problem. Looking forward to a cool nights sleep tonight thanks to Richard and Don’t Sweat It.
