I have been very pleased and impressed with the staff at Don't Panic IT Solutions since I began to use their service 3-1/2 years ago. Their relocated office is easily accessible if I do need to take my computer parts to them but I love the fact they can see, remotely, what is happening on my home computer and I can watch them fix the problem! Their monthly maintenance plan has been well worth the cost when I can call them for help and know I will be taken care of!

My wife and I have used Garrett and his Don't Panic IT Solutions for many, many years. They have never let me down. Their service took a gigantic leap forward when they started working with us remotely. This is ideal for us, as we live in Loveland. I have contracted my business account with Don't Panic for 3 years. They are responsive, professional, and efficient. They have upgraded our system to be "state of the art".
Not pleased. Spent $75 to correct blue screen issue, first boot up, blue screen, bring back in for another $75, bc now its a different issue? What? Really? No I'll go elsewhere.....
