Fantastic! The carburetor that was ordered for my lawn mower was taking weeks to arrive, so Kyle got on the phone to the manufacturer and expedited the process. While I waited he also gave me a loaner because my grass at the time was getting very long. I had a problem with my Toro lawnmower restarting after it had been running. Jeff researched the problem and resolved the issue. He kept in touch with me to discuss my options.
