I took my dog to get groomed here for the first time today, Shannon did an AMAZING job with Gizzy, she is very caring and knowledgeable and all of the other staff was very friendly! I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and care of my dog. They took their time and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have never had to utilize a groomer before but I'm glad I chose Dons!�
We turn onto 12th Street from the freeway and our dogs start getting excited. They know where they're going and it's like your kids going to Grandma's. Our recent rescue, a golden was really upset at first because of having so many homes in a short time. Now he loves it too cause he knows he will get lots of attention.
My lab/heeler/border collie/ giant chicken, Ranger graduated puppy class last month and I'm so glad we chose Don's Pet Care instead of a class at one of the big pet stores. The instructors got to know each dog and in addition to teaching the class on a group level, as puppies displayed behavioural problems, they worked with the owner and dog to resolve the issue but also used it as an opportunity to teach the whole class. I would highly recommend Don's Pet Care.
Me and my sweet Phoenix (European Doberman) just graduated from puppy class 101. Don's pet care changed the way I think and interact with my dogs it was a great lesson for both of us. Dona and Susan know their training skills. The classes are fun and intimidating at times but I think In the end result I learned who I am as a owner and who my Phoenix is as a pet. I seriously would recommend any looking into wanting help in training you really should go visit the facility. I'm already looking forward to starting the next class... read more
Don's is amazing! Our puppy just graduated and thanks to them I am no longer wanting to get rid of my puppy. They are the best of the best! Thanks for helping Gus (and us) learn.
