Don and his staff were fantastic!!! Every time I’ve requested service they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. They worked around my busy schedule, accommodating to my personal needs, provided quality craftsmanship, keeping all my equipment running like a fine oiled machine. Once again Don's Lawn service came through for me. My mower quit running when the motor was engaged. As in the past I called Don he came and picked it up and worked his magic. The problem turned out to be one very hard to diagnosis and took considerable man hours to determine. With he and his people's perseverance and knowledge they were able to correct it and return my mower. I have nothing but good things to say about Don's Lawn Mower Service. I took my push lawnmower in because it was getting much harder to start and get the blade sharpened. He said up front he would contact me in 1 week....or 2 weeks if it needed parts he did not have on hand. He called me in 3 days and said it was done. Showed me the problems it had... like dirty fuel, bad spark plug etc.. I read several of the comments before bringing it in to him. I didn't find him rude. I found him to be "to the point". I recently brought my ***** trimmer to you for repair and noticed on my bill that you charged me $14.00 for a $4.24 spark plug. when I asked the gentleman about the price of the plug when I picked up the unit I was told “ them plugs are expensive because they are a special plug” this couldn’t be any further from the truth as it is a common plug for many small engine application and can be bought at ******* for $4.24. I've been dealing with Don's Lawnmower Service for 15 years at least. I have had my equipment serviced by them & I have purchased used equipment from them. My experiences have always been positive. They do what they say they are going to do for the price quoted. They have gone beyond the expected effort several times to make things right. I recommend them to friends & family whenever asked. I'm leaving now to drop off a leaf blower they have been servicing for years to get it reading for fall. Gotta go. Thanks *** *
