John Pourdad did a great job for us. He promptly performed maintenance on the door, and also identified an issue for us with the mounting of the door motor, which he repaired. John was very informative and knowledgeable. He told us what he did, why he did it, and what we should look out for going forward in terms of maintenance and getting the most out of our door.
