Disappointed that Don gave me a 10 year warranty for a commercial job, and when I called him after the floor started coming up 3 months later he basically told me too bad, he had retired. His son also sprung extra last-minute charges on us. Sad that your word and your handshake don't mean squat.
Called and met with Don on a Mon & my tiled kitchen/dining area was taken up, hauled off & replaced by Fri eve! Completely satisfied!!
Don's Carpet are very honest people they did our work and it turned out very nice and we love it ! All we needed done took awhile but they got it all looking good ! Thank you Don Church and Zeb and all your other helpers you guys are great
We called Zeb out for an estimate on fixing some tile that needed redone. He came out that day, gave us the best overall price of anybody else we asked and scheduled the date and time and came out when he said he would and knocked it out in no time, did excellent work and I highly recommend Zeb and Don at Dons carpet. He even came back the following week to make sure everything settled right and looked the way we wanted!!
