I was just at dons care wash(11:45). Hardly any other cars being cleaned at the same time I was there. They did a HORRIBLE JOB. I had the same experience approximately 6 months ago. When I told the employees they had missed cleaning the third row in my suburban they did nothing. Same happened this time. They don’t get in and clean third row seats. cleaning the in side my car was still dirty when I left
I was there this morning at 8:10. Not many people in line. I was 4th in line. Paid for the works package. And waited. I got no problem waiting for a good job cleaning my vehicle. They ran my vehicle through the car wash. Waving for someone to come get their car. I got in an left. I had an appointment at 9:00 am less than 6 blocks away. The outside of my car was dirty. The inside windows weren’t clean. The ink from the attendant that marks your window was still there. Not happy!
You suck! I do better work cleaning my own car!! not worth the money
Mostly thorough, but why not vacuum an empty car trunk when you vacuum backs of vans and suburbans?

Worst ever! Still bird poop in the middle of the front windshield (in two different spots) outside still dirty, gravel still on the floor, didn’t wipe the inside (completely didn’t touch a coffee spill at all). Outside mirrors still dirty. I will have to go redo what I paid to have done. Got “the works”, would not recommend. Waste of $29.99.
Been a long time customer at Dons. Took my truck in and even paid for the armor all for the tires. Wiped down about half my dash the vacuuming job was horrible. They didn’t even pull out my floor mats, and they never detailed my tires. Went in to complain to manager and he really didn’t care that I was not satisfied and offered no options to o fix the horrible experience. DONE.
