I brought my car in today for a wash. When I got home I discovered the black mat from the back was missing. I tried calling FIVE times...letting it ring until it quit and no one answered the phone. Wondering what’s going on? Where’s my mat? Why after I called once did they not answer the phone the other 4 times? Sketchy customer service!
My brother in law was hit by two cars while working at the car wash here. When we brought up workers comp he was FIRED! This is not okay and something must be done.
I paid to have the works package done and they didn’t even vacuum under my car mats. They didn’t wipe anything on the doors or steering wheel. I spent 25 minutes vacuuming and wiping my car out with Clorox wipes after I left using their pay to use vacuums all while those who failed to even put any effort into cleaning my car sat outside and smoked and watched me. I will not be back.
I could have actually done a better job myself. I don’t normally leave reviews but it looks like they hardly even touched the inside of my car? It was still dirty everywhere afterwards.

Just went in this morning. Only 1 other person there, and they did horrible! I really don’t even know if they touched the inside of the truck. (I’m not even joking)
Went there earlier today (April 6, 2018) Wasn't busy. I saw the girl open my hatch and wash the windows. So when I get home I go in back and NOTHING was cleaned, cups in the cup holders. Back seat, barely vacuumed. A another cup still in the cup holder. A lot of money for a shitty job.
No one is perfect at all , I work here and I do my best to see the customers car are good to their taste . We clean it to the best we can and I will recommend here for anyone looking to get their car cleaned
