Great guys! They were able to fit me in a tight schedule they had and I am thankful as I had no heating at all! They were nice guys and were very through at explaining the issues and got it working. Thanks guys
Jordan was amazing. I called about my furnace and they were able to come out the very next day, which was such a relief. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue, went and picked up the igniter, and had everything installed that same afternoon. What really makes this company special to me is that they’ve been around forever and have been used by my family for years. This guy is the real deal. Had brand new AC installed by another company andit kept freezing up. They came out 3 times and could not find the problem. Don came out and spotted the problem almost immediately you could tell he was true professional went over everything and advised there were missing parts and pointed out hazard concerns. Don was efficent and fast. Highly recomend he is licensed and insured (always check with the state.)
Don's Air Care came through for us. AC went out yesterday afternoon on the hottest day of the year. Contacted Don's the next morning and had and appointment for tomorrow. Since he had a cancelation, he came out this afternoon instead. Got it fixed in a little over 30 minutes.
David has been nothing short of a miracle worker for not just one, but multiple clients of mine. If you call him to schedule an appointment, he and his team will follow through and I know I can count on them not just to do the job, but to do it properly and with care. I've worked with dozens of HVAC companies over the years and the team at Don's will always be at the top of my list. Couldn't recommend them more!
