I had spent over $22,000 on my 2019 GMC Acadia; the mileage was nice. However, 3 days after the purchase of the vehicle I found myself traveling down to Cadillac another 2 hours to have the temperature gauge fixed because it wouldn't move no matter how long the car was running, causing me to panic because I have small children and didn't want to be stranded on the side of the road. Ripped off my girlfriend, she didn’t have her vehicle for more than year before the engine failed her - it took all summer to repair and THEY also damaged the brakes and were prepared to not share that info. Expensive repair and bad customer service. She’s disappointed to say the least. Service dept. needs training and sales team is scummy.

As a fellow car dealer myself, the customer service and honesty experienced here is top notch. Their staff was especially helpful and made the process of working with them enjoyable. Matt and Andy were awesome, and the hot wheels cars were super cool as well. Would highly recommend to anyone even as a competitor!

Best used car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everybody was great to work with and they stood by their included warranty. I had a check engine light come on shortly after purchasing and they took care of me no questions asked. 10/10 for customer service, fair pricing, and professionalism.
