Best used car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everybody was great to work with and they stood by their included warranty. I had a check engine light come on shortly after purchasing and they took care of me no questions asked. 10/10 for customer service, fair pricing, and professionalism.
Two of the six vehicles I've purchased from a dealership were from Don's Adopt a Car. They didn't deliver on the two simple asks I had which were an alignment/ tire balance for a shake in the Tahoe I bought last Friday, and a FULL detail I could see it needed when I test drove it and put my deposit down. Andy was great to work with when buying my new suburban. We had many questions and things come up in the buying process and he was very supportive the entire time helping out and doing whatever he could on his end to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for me. Highly recommend.
