Amazing experience!
This place has really gone downhill. Whenever I call to try to make an appointment, no one answers, and it takes days for them to call back, that is, if they ever do. They barely offer any services anymore because of "staff shortages", but they'll still take your money for gift certificates- you just can't use the certificate. Very disappointed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Based on Donovan's Serenity & Wellness' website, I purchased a $350.00 spa package for my wife's birthday. Only afterwards to find out that the services advertised on their website are not available. When calling, I was told that the credit does not expire ever, and can be used at any time...That does not give her the spa package that I wanted for her.
