Donovan went above and beyond as an agent. We tried doing a home reno loan at the recommendation of a lender. The process was a nightmare full of demands. After all the hard work, which included a lot from Donovan, it fell through. When we were ready to try again, Donovan was just as helpful. He is honest when we asked for input, he was always on top of communication, and helped explain a lot of the process that we didn't know. We highly recommend Donovan!
