I had a screeching noise from my furnace I just had a yearly maintenance done on it in February. I called them a day later they sent a gentleman out to look at it (Rob) super nice guy He found a few little things fixed the screeching noise , made a phone call came back and said no charge today!!' We are very pleased with our new furnace from Donovan and Jorgensen. It worked great through the recent sub zero cold snap, running efficiently and quietly. Even the City inspector commented on the high quality of the furnace. Every time I see a silly commercial for another heating firm, I'm really glad that we went with Donovan and Jorgensen.
Great team with excellent customer service. We couldn't be happier with our latest install. Fast and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the HVAC crew who came out for our install and Mike Collier, our rep, is a great guy and super knowledgeable. A+ start to finish!
I met Joe in Florida which I believe is president of the company. With small talk started, I explained to him that I have had boiler issues for 8 years and several companies come and look at my situation. Joe said call me when you're back in Wisconsin, so I gave him a call and he sent Chad that does a lot of the boiler service. I had a boiler replaced in 10/22, as of today my system is still not functioning as it should. After the initial installation only One of the two zones from previous boiler was hooked up to new boiler. After lots of discussion I agreed to pay half of the cost to correct there error, not sure why. Now the zone that was originally working is not and tech said parts needed to be installed to make it function as it should.
