John came for our maintenance on our ac last week. What a nice guy. There were issues with the thermostat on the wall and called the office to fix the problem. He is a new hire, what an asset to your company. So happy with this company. Excellent service!
We’ve been working with DONOVAN and Jorgensen for quite a while and when it came time to replace our 42 year-old air-conditioning system, they were the people we called. We had done our homework so we knew comparable pricing and they beat it quickly. Scheduled an installation in the middle of one of the hottest summers in memory and did an immaculate job on the installation. Highly recommend them.
Donovan-Jorgensen did a huge air conditioning project on my 1953 mid century modern home. They installed a heat pump system and did all the venting under pretty extreme summer heat. The vents were cut into our wood ceiling, which turned out great. Every team member was great to work with from our sales/project manager to our installers. Our system is perfect for our home and so quiet. I can’t recommend them enough.
We had duct cleaning, new furnace and air conditioner installed. They were on time, and all staff very nice. Great pricing options and the only company who didn't try to add unnecessary items. Highly recommend!
We have had our new AC and furnace for a handful of years now and are still pleased with both. The customer service is always great and has been from day 1 when our very old furnace went kaput on a very cold winter day in 2021. They repaired our old one at no charge so we could get by until they were able to replace it with the new one. The yearly tune ups are worth it so we don’t have to think about it. I would recommend D&J to anyone. Every technician we have met has been great to work with.
