D&J have been conducting annual service on our A/C and furnace for 6 years. Always professional and 5 out of 6 its been Tony. Our units it the 20 year mark and for replacement it was an easy choice no need to shop. D&J team is always polite and caring of the home, they provide great value. They were fast, reliable and reasonably priced when we lost our furnace in the recent flood. We have used them multiple times now & the bonus that seals the deal for us is the consistency in good ol’ fashioned quality customer service added to quality work and decent prices. Donovan Jorgensen are a breath of fresh air these days when it seems too many companies struggle to afford to care about the customer experience.
Had to replace the furnace and air conditioner due to the flood so I was dealing with a lot. Jason helped me pick the right unit without overselling me and Andrew and Angelo were very polite and thorough with the installation. Great experience from start to finish. Highly satisfied.
Donovan and Jorgenson installed a whole home dehumidifier on 9/03/2025. They were unqualified to install a unit that was too big to fit in my furnace room downstairs. They were here for over 6 hours. They moved the gasoline joint to try to fit it in. This caused a gas leak that started Wednesday after 6pm and was noticed several times, by myself from the strong fumes. I had to call WE Emergency gas crew. They came out and found the source at the gasoline joint, that was noticeably compounded from the day before. I was told t... read more
