Vent Cleaning: I have lived in my house over 30 years and always had dogs. I was skeptical as I've heard good and bad of this service. I chose to go with Donovan since they are reputable with air and furnace. They were promt, efficient, and professional. They found a cat toy in a vent (owned a cat more than 10 years ago). I give 5 stars to the mechanical guy that came out and looked at my system, gave me a diagnosis, and explained how to fix it. He was awesome. Kind, caring, helpful, smart. I give 0 stars to the sales person who apparently will never call me ever to talk about a fix, despite me following up. My appointment with them was on June 20th. It just now July 26th, and still no call back. I have left messages for the sales guy with the secretary. He is never in and never calls me back.
