We recently purchased a new Heating/AC unit and were very impressed with the great service we received. The Customer Service Rep, Steve T., was superb. Steve went out of way to provide a temporary/portable cooling device upstairs before the scheduled installation date so we'd be sleeping comfortably during the forcasted 90 degree days! We appreciated that tremendously! The installers were very nice/professional. We'll definitely be using Donovan & Jorgenson in the future.
they did a fine job. emailed for a quote and got a response very quickly. i liked they we could still get the older style ac and pretty much any heater mfg. the 2 gentleman that installed did a good job and the main guy was very knowledgeable. would recommend them to someone looking...
I called for service on my AC unit on a Wednesday morning. The unit had failed on a Monday but we had to wait for our home warranty to give us clearance to use an outside contractor. The person indicated that they should be able to get to us before the end of the week. I didn't receive a call Thursday or Friday so I called in on Friday. They said they were still catching up and that it should be early next week. I didn't receive a call on Monday or Tuesday. Previously replaced our furnace and had a good experience...This time, called first thing in the morning to put a ticket in for replacing our A/C...waited the entire day and did not hear a thing, followed up the next day - they said we'll get to you when we get to you and could not even give me a rough estimate on day or time....so I called someplace else that was friendly and gave me a time frame to get out, same day. If they had given me any indication of an estimated time, I might have considered waiting for an appointmen... read more
